How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a password reset email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom. Click "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts. This action is irreversible.
How do I invite team members?
Navigate to Team and click "Invite Members." Enter their email addresses and select their roles. They will receive an invitation email.
How do I report inappropriate content in chat?
Hover over the message in Team Chat and click the "More" menu (three dots), then select "Report Message." Your church admin will be notified.
